About:China Visa

Can he get the visa for China?

am student in china for around 2 years so i would like to know some information about health visa? my friend his from Somalia he was sick at least 2 years or more he need to come in china to meet with good doctors specially neurological disease so is there any way he can get visa from china government

I never heard of health visa before. He can apply for any kind visa and seek for cure in China.
