Subject- Urgent Visa for a new born baby.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a teacher and working in Ningbo since 2010, I have valid Z. Currently I am in India and I have given birth to a baby one month back. I have to join my work so I need to know what should I do to apply for my baby? What type of documents should I prepare and where/how to apply for it? Do I need to go somewhere in person with my baby?

You hold valid residence permit, right? if yes, you can apply for your baby a dependent Z accompanying yours. Passport is required, as well as application form, photo, invitation letter from your company, copies of your work permit, Z and residence permit. Birth certificate is required as well. I am not clear where you live, the application should be submitted to CVASC or consulate in your place, please check the consular districts from this site.
