In China, only those stores with tax free sign subject to tax refund?
Any special info on the invoice can identify that the item purchased subject to tax refund? Recently, I've purchased a silk bedsheets, cost about CNY 4000 in Hangzhou, not sure if it's subject to tax refund. And it's the tax refund must proceed in the province the product purchased? Eg.purchase in Shanghai, tax refund in Beijing.
