About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

South Korean going to china

Hi, What are the requirement for a south korean national to apply for China visa (tourist visa ) ? Currently he is in philippines, is it much easier for him to apply and process documents here or better to Korea? What are the requirements if here, i wanna use travel agency for this matter can you suggest reliable travel agency that can help me.

It is better for him to get visa in Korea. I doubt if he can get one in Philippines if he is a tourist there only. So, you may need to contact any local travel agency or the embassy/consulate directly for information.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply..I already called to china embassy here in phils.for detailed requirements.also inquired to travel agency..they both need alot of paper documents to be done so i suggested to my boss to first stop to hongkong then in hongkong he can get china visa or entry..its quite easier i think. what do you think? was it good suggestion?

It is an option, but still without a guatantee if he can get it in HK. Try this Tel- Enquiry of the Commissioner's Office of China Foreign Ministry in HK: Live Answering Telephone: 852-34132424 (available at 10:00-11:00am, 3:00-4:00pm on workdays).

If u are still in Phil u can call this number to help u 09082970104... I appliedmy tourist visa too in HK and they only gave me 15 days, what you only need to provide is ur return ticket and your hotel reservation ..
