What time does the bus leave from Urumqi in the afternoon and evening to Turpan and vice versa?

The bus is frequent to reach Ur. city from around 09:00 to around 19:30 from local South Long-bus Station.
To Heavenly Lake, you need to go to North bus Station to take bus to reach Fukang County Bus Station where you can find bus for the Heavenly Lake. To Fukang, the bus operates every ten minutes. From Fukang to attraction, the bus operates in every 30 minutes.
As far as I know, you do not need a permit to reach the lake.

Hi ,:
First Bus leaves to Turpan at 8:30 am from southern bus station (Nan jiao ke yun zhan),leaves one every 25minutes . till to 19:00 . and its same in Tupan - Urumqi .

I dont recommend you go up to the lake by bus ,it will waste your time because of there is no direct bus to the lake ,you have to take 2buses .it s too slow by bus .

For sure you dont need permit to Kashgar and Karakol !
