As far as I know, the goverment levy a heavy tax on people and the government pay less on common people's life. People lived a hard life. It is the main reason.

The ruler died and his son reigned, but he was a weak ruler so the dynasty collapsed quickly. It collapsed in 206 BC.

There was a big war between the enemy and Qin dynasty and the enemy won and then took over and that is how it ended
