Take metro line 6 at Bell Tower to Fangzhicheng, transfer to line 9 to Huaqing Pool, then take Exit C and change to tourist bus line Lontong 613 to get there.

You can take metro line 6 at ZHONGLOU (Bell Tower) Station to FANGZHICHENG (The Textile City) Station, then transfer to line 9. Get off at HUAQINGCHI (Huaqing Pool) Station, then take bus Lintong Line 602 to Qinyongcun.

Alternatively can take a bus in front of moxy downtown hotel direct to terracota museum. 8am-2pm on the hour. No need booking, just be there before the hour. 30 yuan per pax on way.
Coming back also the same. Once you reached terracota museum,follow the person in charge to the meeting point place if you want to come back using the same mode of transport.
