About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Shanghai to Beijing to US by air

My cruise disembarks at Shanghai, we will fly to Beijing on the same day. We stay at BJ for 2 days and departs from Capital airport to the US. Do we qualify for the 72- hour free no visa?
