transit in guangzhou. are there shower facilities / a spa room?

My wife and our daughter may be travelling through Canton, in transit, from Paris - Singapore. The transit time at local Airport is 4 hours. Are there shower / Spa facilities at local Airport, similar to those available at Changi (Singapore) and Hong Kong Airports?Sincerely,Gregg of Brisbane

Some airline companies provide VIP lounges for first class passengers in this airport where passengers can have a shower. But you have to contact your airline company to make sure whether they have lounges in Baiyun airport.If you are not VIP passengers, you can go to Pullman Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Hotel to have a shower.
