family trip 3 day-2-nights to hong kong

Question

I am planning a family trip, mainly to pay respect to kwan Yin goddess, the big buddha, and visit Disney Land.  Would you please advise on the itinerary and which area would be the best area to stay?  We will be travelling about 10 people, with the elders.  Thank you.

If you want to cover all these places, it is suggested to stay near Tung Chung Station area.From Tung Chung station, you can take Disneyland Resort Line to reach Disneyland easily. To reach the Kwan Yin Monastery, you can walk to Fu Tung Shopping Centre near Tung Chung Station to take bus 11 (NLB line) to reach Kwan Yin Monastery.To see the gaint buddha, you can take bus 23 from Tung Chung Station Exit B, then take New Lantao Bus 23 from Tung Chung Town Centre, which takes around 45 minutes. Then walk for eight minutes.
