how to get to beijing west train station from capital airport t3 ？

Arriving Capital Airport T3 Terminal at around midnight, what's the best way to get to the West Train Station (北京西站)? if possible, what's the cost? Thanks.

At midnight, you can only take the airport shuttle bus line 2 to reach Xidan and then take a taxi to reach the west railway station. The shuttle bus fare is 16RMB and the taxi fare is around 20 to 25RMB.
