About:Embassy & Consulates of Cuba in China

I would like to visit Cuba

I am a Chinese National and have a regular Chinese passport, from Ningbo [Mainland PRC]
Can I just board a plane and get a visitors cards on arrival or which is the best way to visit for 30 days.

No, you need to apply for it in advance. The fact is that Chinese immigration will not allow an exit without valid visa on your passport.
