About:China Work Visa

commit crime

Hello, i will like to ask if someone have commit crime in his own country, does he able to apply working visa for china?

Hi, for work permit application, you are required to provide police clearance before getting start processing for a work visa. It would depend on the situation. So, probably the application will be refused if with felony conviction.
