I saw monkey ,rat are good companion for me, but what if i stay with a fire dragon.?

my boyfrnd and me r about to get married but im bit worried coz of our luck and fortune ,as last year was a huge disaster for both of us . and it was something like problems r rising one after another everytime.and the chain of problem is still on.feels like it will not gonna over. my boyfrnd is fire dragon and im earth dragon.
