About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Can I apply for a Chinese visa with my Italian passport in the UK?

Hi, Im Thai who got a pamanent residence in UK. My husband is Italian. We live in UK and plan to visit my cousin who has been studing in Guangzhou for 6 months. Can we apply for the Chinese visa with Italian passport in the UK? We plan to fly to Thailand in March and fly over to China in April.
