About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Can US Citizen in Seattle apply for a China Tourist Visa at China Consulate in Vancouver in person?

Hi, you should provide permanent resident card or work/ student visa of Canada if you apply there. BTW, the correct place for application should be CVASC in Vancouver if you qualify for processing in Canada. Visit the centre in person is ok then.
