About:China Visa Exemption

UK Male and Filipino Female staying for 22 stop over.

Hi, Is it possible for myself and Fiancè to leave the airport with the 72hour excemption visa? She is from the Philippines but, is travelling to the UK and will have an onward ticket booked. If not, what are her requirements to be able to leave the airpory for this time?
Thank you and Regards

She needs to apply for a Chinese visa in advance from Chinese embassy or consulate. Either a tourist L or a transit G is ok for this trip.
