About:China Postal Service

my school's staff shipped through registered mail and the shipment number is EE-253106-998-KR

Hi
I have a package of an important documents from south Korea, but I couldn't find it also i can't speak any chinese, it have been almost more than a week but still i didn't get it and there is no enough time for me to wait!
Plz help me what to do
