About:Beijing Attractions

Is the whether in May/June acceptable to visit Beijing and Shanghai?

I would like to avoid the rains and the dust or sand storms if I can while I am there. Thanks!

As for your case, May is suggested. Actually sand storm hardly happen during May or June. while June is during the rainy season.
