How to get Visa for Hong kong in Japan?do i also need to apply for Visa to entry Macau separately?

I am a Lao student studying in Japan, and i plan to visit Hong kong and Macau for a week this March 2013.
I wonder where to apply Visa to Hong Kong? and do i also need to apply Visa for entry Macau separately?
