Voluntary work at Chengdu panda research centre.

Hi , I am planning a trip to the center in August 2013. I do not just want to spend a few hours at the center but rather more time as it is such a long way to travel from South Africa. Is there anyway that I could volunteer to help at the research center assisting in whatever area is needed for 2/4 days.
