Visa when traveling as airline employee standby passes

Thank you for your help. I am an airline employee and will not have a confirmed tickets. What documents do I need in order to apply for a visa. I am hoping to visit in April for 10 days.

If you are an airline employee, you can apply for a Crew visa, a formal introduction letter issued by the airline is required.

Hi Yong, you may try to apply for a tourist visa with a letter from the airline as a proof that you fly standby.
