About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application
Does the invitee have to be chinese or could it be a foreigner?
I've been having a lot of problems trying to head back to china this time, on account of the new regulations for a tourist visa. I was wondering if the invitee for a tourist visa has to be a chinese national or any foreigner will do, ex. my roommate at my apartment who is american can do it?
