are there any sights within the Beijing City?

are there any famous building, headquarters etc.

Yes, there are still some famous attractions in the city or nearby such as the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Temple of Heaven,Summer Palace and Hutongs.
There are some wonderful buildings, but it is hard for you to get into it I am afraid.
