Acquiring China Tourist Visa without returning to Canada

I am a Canadian national and resident of Alberta. I am currently in the Philippines. I wish to have a Tourist Visa to China but cannot acquire one here. Can I courier my passport, application and credit card information to the CVASC office in Calgary to acquire it? Is this possible?

Hi, it is ok for you to send application back to Canada. My suggestion is to send application to your family, then let them handle it from CVASC personally. It is quicker for processing, then send your passport with visa to Philippines.
