train tickets from chengdu to chongqin

could I ask you to buy the ticket and send it to my hotel in chengdu (dujianyan), I am currently overseas can only go to chengdu on 28 Dec and the train I would like is on 1 March. What will happen if the hotel does receive the ticket in time? Thank you for your help
