About:Shanghai Travel

Shanghai to HK then back to shanghai

I am a US citizen and I will be traveling to SH as a student on a single entry F visa. I will be residing in SH for a duration of 4 months. During my stay in the city I would like to travel to Hong Kong and Macau and then return back to the city. Is this possible at all? I know that I will not be allowed back on a single entry visa after leaving but will i easily be able to get another visa in HK or macau to get back to SH?

It is possible for you to get another visa in HK, or you can try to apply for the F visa extension with one more entry at Shanghai PSB. If necessary, you can find yourself a visa agency.
