can i go from chengdu to dazu rock craving?

Can I depart from CD to see Dazu rock carving? How to go by bus or train which one is faster? And how long does it take? Or do I need to go to chongqing fist?If compare between longmen grottoes and Dazu rock carving which one is better and larger? Thank you !!

Yes, you can take direct bus from CD at the International Trade City Terminal at around 10:40. There is only one bus everyday.The whole journey takes around 4.5 hours. I think Longmen grottoes are much better.
