About:Fuzhou Changle International Airport

I hope to travel to Fuzhou on next March to meet my pen friend.

But I know only English. If I arrive the local Airport how can find low rates foods and logging for 5 days. Please give me approximately cost .

As well as Can I use Credit card

Since you have your pen friend in the city, the best way is to ask him or her for help.
For food, if you want to eat local food, the best place maybe Xuesheng Street area. Food there is very cheap and nice. If you want to east western food, all of them are not cheap.
For hotels, you can find some local budget hotels such as Hanting and Home Inn. The price is reasonable and environment is nice. These kinds of hotels cost around 150 to 200RMB per night.
For food, if you go to the place I recommended, the credit card cannot be used. If you go to big restaurants, it can be used. Credit cards can be used in hotels.
