i will be in hezhou on 12/2/2013. What is the weather like?

Planning to go Guposhan national forest park , is it very cold there?? what clothes should we wear ? need downjacket , what is the actual temperature ? some internet forcast stated 3 to 6 deg C but some 15 to 24 deg C , So which one is correct// please help , thank you very much
