Hi Derek here from Ireland, I have a job offer there at the Paddington International high school and was wondering the same thing ( 1 year later ). Is there any Laowei scene there at all in a city of 2.8m people ? Ive been in Shanghai for years and would like to know about the city and it's amenities.
