About:China Business Visa

How can I apply for a China Business Visa if my nationality is Mexican from Germany?

I am Mexican and I am currently working for a German company. This company has a branch in Shanghai and they are inviting me to go to give them some training. They can write a letter as invitation for me. How long would the Visa take and what are the documens and requierements i need?

The regular processing takes about 4 working days, documents required are your passport, application form, photo, invitation letter from China. Make sure that the Invitation letter should be written on the company or organization’s official letterhead paper with the official seal and signature.

Thanks for answering my last question. It was very helpful.
Does the company letter need to be original or a copy would be sufficient?
What is the application form? Could I download it online? Could you also provide the specifications of the photos and how many do I need?

Hi, the original of invitation letter is not mandatory. For the application form, you can download from this site or CVASC's website. You can either typr online then print it out, or download first then fill by hand.
One photo is enough, and it should be a color passport photo taken within the last 6 months (48mm×33mm, full face, front view, unmounted).
