About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Application in Korea for a Brazilian citizen.

Hi, I am Brazilian and I'll be in a Exchange program in Seoul until August - with a Korean Student Visa.
Can I apply for the Chinese Tourism Visa at Embassy of PRC in Seoul during the period of the exchange program?
