About:Changchun Transportation

, what is best way from CSX Airport to Jinjiang Inn Changsha Wuyi at 775 Wuyi Ave Furong District.

If take a Taxi what is cost or is any other transportation.

It is not suggested to take taxi directly.
You can take the airport shuttle bus line 1 to reach Civil Aviation Hotel and then take a taxi to reach your hotel. From the Civil Aviation Hotel to your hotel, there is about 3.5km.
