Here are the details:
Cancellation before the departure over an hour ahead, you can get 90% refund.
Cancellation before departure within an hour, you can get 80% refund.
Cancellation after bus leaving within an hour, you can get 50% refund. If you cancel the ticket after bus leaving over an hour, it is useless and you cannot get your refund.
