appy china visa in thailand

hi,now i am student in china i am a turkey citizen,can i apply working visa in thailand?

I am afraid not. If you hold Chinese visa now, you may need to contact the visa agency in China first and ask if they can handle this within China or possibly go through them to do it in Hong Kong. If neither of these applicable, you may need to go back to Turkey for Z application.
