without leave china apply visa on mainland country

now i am in china,can i send my own country agency my passport and documents for apply working visa?or i need go any another country then need send passport and documents?i am come from turkey now we can not apply from HK.

Hi, according to Chinese visa regulation, you need to apply in your home country for a Z visa. To apply in a third country is now difficult too. I know that Chinese embassy in Bangkok ask for Thai residence permit. That means they only accept applications from Thai citizens and long-term visa/permit residents.
