Applying for chinese VISA from Korea

I am going to Seoul for three months fellowship (Feb 15-May 15). During March i might have to travel to Shangai, China. Can i apply for chinese VISA from Korea

Hi, you can apply in advance in India before leaving for Korea. A single entry Chinese visa is valid for 3 months after issue date, so it is ok to apply now if you plan to visit in March.

Thanks for the reply. The reason for the query is my Korea VISA is a single entry short term for business.
