Hongkong visa application form

Can you kindly tell me how to get Hongkong visa application form??, I've tried to find many time but what i got is china visa application form, or they are the same ? Can you tell me please, i need it as soon as possible for chinese new year trip. thanks in advanced

No, they are not the same. You can download the HK visa application form here for tourism/transit: http://www.immd.gov.hk/pdforms/ID1003A.pdf
