About:Beijing Zoo

ferry from beijing zoo to summer palace

Hi..want try this ferry for a new experience! Please give more more advice how can I get this boat from beijing zoo to summer palace, how much its fare, how long it will tkae the journey and where is the ticket counter and its last stop. Thank you very much.

Hi, you can catch the boat at the zoo boat terminal. It costs CNY40 per person and children can get the ticket with CNY25. Kids under 1.2m can take the boat for free.
It ends at the boat terminal of the South Gate of Summer Palace. The whole journey takes 60-65min.
However, as I know, it is in service from Apr. 1st to Oct. 31st. When will you go there?

Hi Lisa...plan it on August 2013, we are 8 people and think this is not ordinary trip. Could you give a best suggestion to reach this boat on time? Does the boat leave every hour or only an exact time? Thanks again Lisa.
