About:Relics of Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties

Air Pollution in China

I am trying to plan a visit to China this Fall. Unfortunately, the incredible high level of air pollution in places like Chengdu and Xi'an is causing me to change my itinerary. What can I expect in Hohhot, in terms of air quality, this Fall?

If so, you can choose to go to some beautiful cities in the southern part of China such as Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province and Suzhou in Jiangsu Province. Or you can go to Jiuzhaigou near Chengdu. Environment in these places are so nice.

Hohhot's air quality is much better than other cities its size. The heating is on from Oct 15-Apr 15 so it's a bit worse then than other times of the year, but still much cleaner than many other cities.
