About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

What should I do if I'd like to invite a friend from Philippines to visit in china for one month?

It is her first visit in china. I will take care of all her expenses during her visit with me. Do I need to ask the local city bureau in Shenzhen to chop the letter? Dose valid passport, return ticket, insurance, hotel booking, and invitation letter with warranty that I will cover all her expenses during her visit. Will it be enough?

Also please advise how she can apply the application if no available embassy nears her home. Dose she can send direct to the Chinese embassy in manila by post with prepaid return envelop?

thank you

Besides, what you listed, you also need to send her your bank statement if you will sponsor her, and copy of your Chinese ID card.

Mailed and faxed applications/documents is not accepted by the China Emabssy in Manila. If she can't go in person, she may entrust someone (immediate family member/household staff/co-worker) or a travel agency to submit on her behalf.
