Collection tickets at station

Hi, it is possible to collect tickets at the railway station? I m arrive the same day for departing at shanghai, shanghai-urumqi and urumqi-kashgar. I m collect a ticket at urumqi station is possible? (One day before). The ticket is papers ticket? Thanks Patrick.

Hi, only if you have issue the tickets on line, you can collect your paper tickets in the depart city of the train before it departs.

Yes, you can collect the tickets of Shanghai/Urumqi in Shanghai station if you have issued the tickets online before it departs. But not the ones of urumqi-kashgar, since you can only collect tickets at the departure city.
