What is the weather like during the mid autumn festival in Sep in Hangzhou?

It is still the hot and humid summer time during that period. The usual average temperature is about 20~28C. You can wear shorts during the fine day. Rain may be happen unexpected. When travelling there, an umbrella is better to be prepared.
