About:China Tourist Visa

I'm a Filipino citizen and a minor can I apply a China Travel tourist visa?

And if I can apply a visa can I know where is the consular district in Surigao del Norte. Thank you

I think you can if you can provide all the necessary documents. If you are living in Surigao del Norte, you may have to apply for the visa from the China embassy in Manila.
