I want to visit HK on a pakistani passport. Which form i have to fill n wht are the visa requirement

Hi i am holding a Pakistani passport living in australia and waiting for my PR. If i want to visit Hong Kong what are d visa requirements for pakistani passport holder and is it the same form for China visa? Also what is the visa fee? Thanx
