As I know, there is no ferry on schedule at 18:00. Since you are arriving then, you can take the ferry departing at 20:00.

That would give me about 2 hrs. if my flight is not delayed and that should be plenty of time for me to connect.I should think that I will need to go through the immigration customs check when I arrive at Zhuhai providing I already have my visa ready, correct? As you have had visa in hand, it will take a few minutes to go through the immigration customs. There are distinctive direction borads in both Chinese and English there to guide you. Please don't worry.

As I know, there is no ferry on schedule at 18:00. Since you are arriving then, you can take the ferry departing at 20:00.
