i'm flying in from canada to hkia arriving at around 6pm to transfer by ferry to zhuhai

Question

I realize I can take the ferry without having to go through HK customs check point inside the airport, is there a late ferry out that I can make it on board in time since I'll be arriving at 6PM? Thanks in advance.

As I know, there is no ferry on schedule at 18:00. Since you are arriving then, you can take the ferry departing at 20:00.

Thanks, so there is a late departure at 20:00. That would give me about 2 hrs. if my flight is not delayed and that should be plenty of time for me to connect.I should think that I will need to go through the immigration customs check when I arrive at Zhuhai providing I already have my visa ready, correct? And how's the procedures there? Thanks again.

As you have had visa in hand, it will take a few minutes to go through the immigration customs. There are distinctive direction borads in both Chinese and English there to guide you. Please don't worry.
