using ferry with overnight stay

Question

Hi.  I am arriving at HCI too late in the evening to catch a ferry.  I will stay at the Marriott near the airport.  I plan to catch a 9:00 am ferry the next day to Shekou Port.  My question is: Do i have to go back to the airport in the morning, or can i skip the airport and go to the ferry pier? or is the pier at the airport?Thanks

Actually, the Skypier is very close the airport. As I know, if you wanna take a ferry, you have to go to the airport and then pass through a special pass to the pier.
