DO I need visa

Hi, currently I'm leaving in Asia and I would like to go visit Great Wall, I found good tour package 4D/3N Beijing, I didn't see Turkey listed any of exempted on below. Also, I heard that I have to apply for Chinese visa from my own country, is that right?
