About:How to Get to Yangshuo

Sleeper bus from Yangshuo to Guangzhou

Is there a long distance bus between the two places that drives overnight? If so, what is the departure time and how much does it cost? Can I buy tickets for this bus online?

Yes, there are. The overnight long-distance bus can be taken at the local bus station. The bus departs at 10:20, 12:20, 21:50 and 22:40. The ticket fare is CNY160 per person.
Generally, the ticket has to be bought on the spot.
